Richard C. Moore, 86, of Pekin, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, January 24, 2012. Richard served proudly in the United States Air Force and had a lifelong career in sales.
Richard was born October 1, 1925 in New Albany, IN to the late Herbert and Helen (Winn) Moore. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Bill.
He is survived by his wife, Mary (Dodge); children, Rich (Monnie), Laura, Vonnie (Don), 10 grandchildren, six great grandchildren; brothers and sisters-in-laws, Linda, Lanny, Fred, Cindy; and nephew, Scott.
A Memorial Service will be held for family and friends in early spring. Burial in Fairview Cemetery will be private.
Expressions of sympathy can be made to the American Heart Association or the ASPCA - American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (520 Eighth Avenue, Seventh Floor, New York, NY 10018).
