She was born on August 25, 1961 in Louisville, Kentucky to Ronald and Wanda (Butler) Rice. Along with her parents, Rhonda is survived by her children, Michael Loveless, Rachel Rice; and brother, Craig Rice (Kathy). She was preceded in death by her brother, Calvin Rice.
Rhonda will be cremated and Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) was entrusted with her care.
