Rev. Ward C. Key, age 83 of Louisville, formerly of Ft. Worth, TX., passed away Thursday, March 1, 2012. He was an Air Force retiree with 20 years of service and a WWII veteran. He was a member of Faith Community United Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his loving wife Margaret Wheat Key and his brother William Key.
Mr. Key is survived by his children, Carolyn Brown (Butch) and Shirley Blair (David); 4 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren; brother, James Key (Shirley); and his sister, Margaret Ann Ford.
Services are private. Memorials may be made in Mr. Key's name to the Alzheimer's Association,www.alz.org.
