Reginald W. Thompkins, Jr.

Reginald "Reggie" Thompkins Jr, was called home to be with Jesus on August 26, 2012. He was born on July 30, 1971 to Lorraine Beckham Thompkins and Reginald Thompkins, Sr. Reggie never met a stranger and was a loveable, kind and gentle person.

He leaves to cherish his memory: mother, Lorraine Gray (Butch), grandmother, Fannie Thompkins, grandfather, Matthew Beckham, sisters, Cordia Thompkins, Schhaya Gray, brother Schaun Gray, aunts Jeanitta Hinkle (Norman), Candyce Santiago (Hector), Denise Pass (Basie), Donna Beckham, Barbara Hines, uncles, Adolphus Thompkins (Janet), Terry, Douglas and Lemont Beckham. Special cousin and prayer partner Stephanie Carpenter and special friend and caregiver James McWhorter and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Thursday, August 30, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY, with funeral service to follow at 6:00 pm at the funeral home.
