Regina Marie (Mitchell) Belcher-Ragains, 58, passed away on June 10, 2012. She graduated from Clarksville High School and was the former co-owner of Cherry Valley Golf Course in New Albany.
Regina was born on January 23, 1954 in Bedford, Indiana to Marjorie L. (Hall) Hill and the late Louis D. Mitchell. She was also preceded in death by her husbands, Willard Belcher and Richard Ragains.
Along with her mother, she is survived by her daughters, Lee Marie Williams (Seth), Courtney Belcher-Hagan; siblings, Terri Buck-Lowin (Richard), Deena Hadley, David Mitchell (Bonnie); and one granddaughter, Eden Marie Williams.
Cremation was chosen following Regina's wishes. A Memorial Service will be held at 2 PM on Saturday, June 16, 2012 at Friendship Baptist Church (824 Thomas Street, New Albany, IN 47150).
Contributions in her memory may be made to the American Cancer Society.
