Rebecca Ann Macek

Rebecca Ann Macek, 78, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, September 29, 2023. Rebecca was a loving mother, nana, sister, and friend. She was a loyal member of Lighthouse Baptist Church. She will truly be missed by anyone and everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.

She was born on October 13, 1944 in Louisville, Kentucky to Carl and Rose (Doris) Mueller. She is preceded in death by her Father, Carl Mueller, Mother, Rose Mueller, Husband, Ronald N. Macek, Siblings, Robert "Bob" Aubrey, Carl "Bud" Mueller, Ruby Burris, and Mary Padgett-Storms.

Rebecca is survived by her loving family, Daughters, Stephanie (Chris) Heimann and Melody (Michael) Havron; Grandchildren, Christian (Lillie) Havron, Carson Heimann, and Baylee Havron; Great-Grandchildren, Aria Havron and Gwynevere Havron; Sisters, Carolyn Mims and Mable Markwell; Friend of 70+ years, Neva Bast, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends to cherish her loving memory forever.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, October 9, 2023 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Funeral Service will be at 10:00 am on Tuesday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel with burial to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens West in Louisville, Kentucky.
