Rebecca "Becky" Hall of Louisville, Ky born October 28, 1951, passed at her home on April 6, 2013. She was a member of the Womens Aux. Bennie Sloan Unit 28 in New Albany. Becky worked at Methodist (Norton) Hospital for 20 years in Cardiology and she attended Walnut Ridge Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband Alvin (Dutch)W.Hall, of New Albany, her parents Tommie and Mary Shipman of Charlestown,In.
She is survived by her son, Rob Thomasson(Linda)of Memphis, daughter Tammy Martin(Sam)of Charlestown, brother Doug(Mary)Shipman of Jeffersonville, sister Cheri(Eric)Wyss. Five grandchildren, Cassie and Colin Martin , Marisa and Kayla Thomasson and Justin Thomasson of Lebanon Junction. A nephew Ben Shipman and nieces Heather and Ashley Wyss.
Visitation will be from 2-6 pm, Thursday, April 11, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home(3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, IN), with funeral service to follow at 6 pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family.
