Rebecca Ann Brown

Rebecca Ann Brown, 70, of Floyds Knobs, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, March 2, 2024. Rebecca enjoyed camping, fishing, cooking, and gardening. She was proud to be an eagle scout.

She was born on April 6, 1953 in New Albany, Indiana to the late Charles and Cathrine (Ritz) Duggins. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her loving husband, Edward Brown; and son, Thomas Brown.

Rebecca is survived by her loving son, Chris (Melissa) Brown; three granddaughters, Emma Brown, Abby Brown, and Rorie Brown; two siblings, David (Earlene) Duggins and Sue (Kenny) Riely; and several nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Sunday, March 10, 2024 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, Receptions, (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, Indiana 47150). Her Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am on Monday, March 11, 2024 at the funeral home.

The family requests that contributions in Rebecca's memory be made to Floyd County Animal Shelter.
