December 8, 1962 — January 24, 2014
Read Gray, 51, passed away on January 24, 2014. He loved to ride his Harley Davidson; going to the races with his friends, animals and especially his dog, Jaxx. Read had a kind heart and was very protective of his family and friends. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
He is preceded in death by his father, Walter Read Gray, Sr. and mother, Barbara (Ick) Wills.
He is survived by his daughter, Emily Couture; sister, Janie (Joe) Sils; fiance, Jeanette Dendekker and children, Claire, Eli, and Logan; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be Monday, January 27, 2014 from 2pm-8pm at Newcomer Funeral Home Southwest Louisville Chapel (10304 Dixie Highway). Funeral Services will be Tuesday, January 28, 2014, beginning at 1pm at Newcomer Funeral Home Southwest Louisville Chapel.
Burial will be at Bethany Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that expressions of sympathy be made to National Kidney Foundation (8920 Stone Green Way, Louisville, KY 40220)
or the American Diabetes Association (American Diabetes Association National Processing Center P.O. Box 13067 Alexandria, VA 22312).
