Raymond William Rosenblum

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Raymond William Rosenblum, who left this world on December 4, 2024, at the age of 71 in his beloved hometown of Louisville, Kentucky.

Raymond was born on October 1, 1953, to the late Raymond and Virginia (Brandt) Rosenblum. He carried the warmth of his family's love throughout his life and cherished every moment spent with them.

Raymond's heart was eternally tied to that of his beloved, Marla Floyd, with whom he shared 46 beautiful years. Together, they raised two wonderful sons, Anthony Floyd and Josh (Cassie) Floyd, and welcomed the joy of grandchildren, Maddox and Avery, into their lives. His family meant the world to him, and his greatest delight was spending time with them, creating memories that will last a lifetime.

A dedicated provider, Raymond retired from Bumper To Bumper, where his hard work and commitment were evident to all who knew him. Outside of his professional life, he was a passionate fan of the University of Louisville and the Cincinnati Bengals, finding joy in both cheering on his teams and relaxing at the beach and lake with his family. He had a fondness for wrestling, which provided him moments of entertainment that he shared with those he loved.

Raymond's legacy is one of love, laughter, and an unwavering commitment to family. A visitation will be held on Friday, December 13th, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm and again on Saturday, December 14th, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel (10304 Dixie Hwy). A funeral service will follow at 11:00 am, with burial at Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
