Raymond Burnett

Raymond L. Burnett, 71, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, June 22, 2020. He was born on May 20, 1949 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Tony and Faye Burnett. He was the maintenance man for 9th and O Baptist Church for many years. Raymond enjoyed caring for his mother, Faye, in her later years. He enjoyed listening to the Eagles, watching baseball, UK basketball and being "Raymee" to Brenden and Braylen.

In addition to his parents, Raymond is preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Pat Burnett and a step-daughter, Sammy.

Left to cherish his memory is his beloved wife, Debbie Burnett; a son, Tony (Rebecca) Burnett; grandchildren, Bryan (Brittney) Burnett, Neal Burnett, Sean Burnett; great-granddaughter, Riley; siblings, Tom Burnett, Mike (Candy) Burnett, Tonia (George) Knox and Brian (Chasity) Burnett; a nephew and niece who he adored, Brenden and Braylen Burnett.

There will be a private service held for family and close friends to celebrate his life.
