Ray Neal Stamper age 75 passed away on July 20, 2014 with his loving family by his side. He enjoyed playing the guitar, fishing, reading the WatchTower and The Bible. Ray also liked gardening, working on cars and being outdoors, along with spending time with his family.
Ray is survived by two sons; Ray Jr. and Joseph, along with nine siblings.
