Randall Powell

Randall Powell, 61, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, August 17, 2019. Randall owned and operated Randalls Paving Company for 30 years. Randall was an avid Nascar fan, country music and playing his guitar. He was a family man who loved his wife, children, and especially his grandchildren. Randall had a kind heart who would lend a hand and could never say 'No" to anyone.

He was born on December 31, 1957 in Louisville, Kentucky to Lloyd and June (Smith) Powell. He is preceded in death by his father, Lloyd Powell, brother, Darryl Powell, and brother-in-law Terry Cain.

Randall is survived by his loving Wife of 28 years, Bonita Powell, daughters, Mary Powell (Jason Williams), LaDonna Powell (Keith Board), Brandi (Jerry) Harvey, and Amanda Powell(Anthony Gibson), sons, Randall Powell, II, and Anthony (Channing) Powell, Mother, June Powell, sisters, Debbie Cane, Peggy Dykes, Lisa Embry, Lois Powell, and Shelia Settles, brothers, Lloyd Powell, Jr., Johnny Powell, and John Powell, grandchildren Jessica Overstreet, Ryan Harvey, Michael Weaver, Dylan Powell, Breanna Weaver, Jason Williams, Destiny Gibson, Brandon Weaver, Miley Weaver, Alex Williams, Ace Powell, Scarlett Powell, and Jolene Powell.

Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, August 22, 2019 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am on Friday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel.
