Rachel Darlene Hunter

Rachel Darlene Hunter, 67, passed away on May 10, 2023. She was a loving mother, sister and friend. She loved to have fun and laugh and loved life. She was very dedicated and loyal to her family and friends. She will be greatly missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Judith Uhl; sisters, Priscella McKay and Debbie Uhl and brother, Sonny Uhl.

Rachel leaves to cherish her memories, husband, Melvin Render; children, Holly (Rob) Kolberg and Todd (Angela) Hunter; grandchildren, Hayden Hunter, Holden Hunter, Brooklin Hunter, Miranda Kolberg, Lauryn Kolberg, RJ Kolberg and Mark Kolberg; great-grandson, Joshua Kolberg; sisters, Molly Scott and Judy Davidson; brother-in-law, Danny Davidson and a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Tuesday, May 23, 2023, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY, from 4pm-6pm with a celebration of Rachel's life beginning at 6pm.
