Phyllis Hedges, 78, of Louisville graduated from this life to eternal life with Jesus on November 2, 2014.
Phyllis was born February 18, 1936, in LaGrange, KY to the late Leslie and Bertha (Prather) Williamson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Luke Hedges.
Survivors include Phyllis' children, Barry Wayne and Deborah Hedges, Belinda and Rick Baker, Terry and Eulaine Hedges, and Melissa and Don Miller; 8 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and many extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home - Southwest Chapel (10304 Dixie Hwy). Funeral Ceremony will be held Thursday at 10:30 am at the funeral home with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens East.
