Phillip Wesley Radcliffe, 79, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, September 4, 2023. Phillip was a loving and caring person who always loved spending time with his wife. He was a Mason over 40 years and loved every minute of it. He always like being outside working in his yard. Phillip will truly be missed by all who had the honor of knowing him.
He was born on November 14, 1943 in Louisville, Kentucky to Frank and Anna (Snowden) Radcliffe. He is preceded in death by his Father, Frank Radcliffe, Mother, Anna Snowden, 2 Brothers, and his loving Grandma Radcliffe.
Phillip is survived by his loving Wife of 41 years, Sharon Drake Radcliffe and Beloved Cat, Trixie.
