Phillip Francis Osborne, 66, of Ramsey, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, November 7, 2023.
He was born on April 12, 1957 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Bernard Osborne Sr. and Edna Reauchle Osborne. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Sharon Osborne; and brother, Bernard Osborne, Jr.
Phillip is survived by his children, Jason Osborne, Phillip (Wendy) Osborne II, Tammy Shoemaker, Stacy (Chris) McKeever, Harry Shoemaker, and John (Angel) Shoemaker; siblings, David Osborne, Daniel Osborne, Steven Osborne, Linda Duncan, Karen Cileli, and Donna Sparrow; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Cremation was chosen following Phillip's wishes.
