Phillip Lee "Dusty" Coulter, 50, of New Albany, Indiana went to be with his heavenly father on Saturday, September 29, 2012.
Dusty was born on January 11, 1962 in Jasper, Indiana. He was united in marriage to Tammie Jo Craig in April of 2001. Dusty was known for "wheeling & dealing" and could make a profit on just about anything. He also enjoyed his remote control airplanes.
He is survived by his wife, Tammie Coulter; step-children, Chris Riley & Amanda Riley; mother, Mary Coulter & her fiancé, Gordon; father, John Coulter; sister, Melinda Taylor (Paul); brother, Ross Coulter (Robin); sisters-in-law, Nancy Craig & Cindy Hamilton (Doug); brother-in-law, Jack Craig (Freida); nieces & nephews, Erica Gentry (Scott), Kelly Harrison (Don), Travis Taylor (Alisha), Jon Taylor (Meagan), Corbin Coulter; great nephew & niece, Jackson & Ava. Dusty is preceded in death by his grandparents, Elsie & Clifford Butler, and Majel Flick; father, George Perry; mother-in-law & father-in-law, Woodrow & Patricia Haynes.
Visitation will be 3 to 6 PM on Tuesday, October 2, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) with a Celebration of Life immediately following at 6 PM. Additional Visitation will be 11 AM to 1 PM on Wednesday, October 3, 2012 at T.L. Pinnick Mortuary (785 S. Bears Road, French Lick, IN) with his funeral service following at 1 PM. Burial will take place at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery in French Lick.
