Philip Sheehan Bray, 67, of Louisville, passed away on Friday, March 31, 2023.
He was born on January 15, 1956 in Louisville, to the late George and Kathleen (Sheehan) Bray. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his siblings, John Patrick Bray, Jerome Thomas Bray and Kathy Bray - Hellmann.
Philip retired from Brown - Foreman Distilleries after 40 plus years, was a member of the Knights of St. John, Commandery 103 and was a volunteer Firefighter for Dixie Suburban Fire Department. He enjoyed fishing, spending time with his family and friends and working toward establishing his farm on his Nolin Lake property.
Philip is survived by his loving family, brothers, Paul Bray, George Daniel Bray (Patricia Bracewell-Bray) and Jake Joseph Bray (Scott Turner), sister in-law, Vicki Bray and Philip's girlfriend, Tracy Duff, and numerous other extended family in Wales, UK and friends that will miss him very much.
Visitation will be from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm, with a memorial service beginning after the visitation on Saturday, April 15, 2023 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions Southwest Chapel (10304 Dixie Hwy).
The family requests that contributions in Philip's memory be made to the Knights of St. John.
