Peter Douglas Cull

Peter Douglas "Pete" Cull, age 80 of Crestwood, passed away into the Heavenly Arms of the Father on Sunday, August 10, 2014. He was an Army Veteran. He was formerly employed at Lee's Smoke Shoppe. He loved the backside of Churchill Downs where he made many friends and had a passion for horse racing. He was a giving and caring person who loved his family and friends, and would do for others before himself. Pete is preceded in death by his wives, Margaret Kirchner Cull and Coralie Sampson Cull; and his son Pete D. Cull, Jr.; and his step-son John White.

Pete is survived by his children, Larry Cull, Jeanne Cull, John Cull (Margaret), Tim Cull (Jennifer); step-children, Paul White (Angela) and Norma White-Caruso (Tommy); brothers, Don Cull (Anne), Phil Cull and Joe Cull (Viola); also 17 grandchildren and a host of family and friends.

Funeral ceremony will be 12pm Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive with visitation from 9:30am until time of service.
