Perry Pulaski "Buster" Kellams, 80, of Corydon, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, January 14, 2024. He was a United States Marine Corps veteran and served for many years as a Christian missionary. Buster was a kindhearted and selfless man, always putting others before himself.
He was born on October 2, 1943 to Delbert and Carolyn (Morton) Kellams. In addition to his parents, Buster was preceded in death by his brother, Glennis Kellams; and sisters, Judy Kellams, Dixie Roach and Sherry Engleman.
Buster is survived by his wife of 33 years, Sandra (Yost) Kellams; daughters, Rosie Lattimore (Ray), Tina Bedwell; step-children, Julie Johnson, Lori Cole (Bobbie), Jason Johnson (Jenny), Anita McNeeley (David), Tommy Jonas; siblings, Morton "Bud" Kellams (Darlene), Betty Caudill, Carol Kellams, Kermit Kellams (Frances), Steve Kellams (Kathy), Danny Kellams, Tommy Kellams (Janet); grandchildren, Jessie, Mary, John, Angel, Jonathan, Ray, Ryan, Rory, Trent, Evan, Bree, Dakota, Makayla, Caitlin; many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Friday, January 19, 2024 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) with his funeral service and military honors taking place at 3:00 p.m.
