Peggy Louise (Simon) Milan, 71, an amazing mother and mamaw, of New Albany, Indiana passed away on Sunday, March 2, 2014. She was an avid bingo player and loved to work puzzles.
Peggy was born on July 30, 1942 in New Albany to the late John, Sr. and Wanda Louise (Cook) Simon. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Johnny Simon, II.
She is survived by her sons, Robert Lang, William Milan (Brandi); siblings, Tony Simon (Millie), Becky Balmer; grandchildren, Tyler, Trenton, Dayton, Jackson, Kaylee Milan; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 2 to 8 PM on Thursday, March 6 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). Her Funeral Service will take place at 11 AM on Friday at the funeral home with burial to follow at Fairview Cemetery in New Albany.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Peggy's family.
