Paula Chaplin

Paula E. Chaplin, 75, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, March 20, 2024. Paula was a proud member of American Legion Post 28 in New Albany, Indiana. She enjoyed arts and crafts.

She was born on August 24,1948 in New Albany, Indiana to the late Paul and Mary (Jenks) Friedley. She is preceded in death by her parents.

Paula is survived by her children, William (Judy) Kopp and Denise Mallett; grandchildren, Jude Kopp, Geoffrey Mallett, and Pieper Mallett; and sister, Vickie Moss.

Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Monday, March 25, 2024 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, Indiana 47150). Her graveside will be at 1:30 pm on Monday, March 25, 2024 at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany, Indiana.

The family requests that contributions in Paula's memory be made to Kosair Shrine Center in honor of Paula Chaplin.
