Paula Ann Brown

Paula Ann Brown, beloved wife, mother, Gram and friend to many, 78, of Louisville, KY, returned to her Heavenly Father on September 30, 2021.

Paula was a graduate of Manual High School and retired from WAVE3 TV Sales after 30 years. She enjoyed camping at Barren River, and scrap booking with her girlfriends. She was crazy about her granddaughters. Paula was a very charitable lady and was always willing to help others. She participated with the Angel Tree while working at WAVE3 and continued to donate thereafter. She was a true Southern Baptist lady.

Paula is preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Rosa Lee Applegate.

She is survived by her husband, William "Bill" Brown; sons, David Brown (Danielle) and Gregory Brown (Kristi); grandchildren, Emily Brown-Kellett (Brian) and Darby Brown; sister, Carole Amin; and her sweet doggy, Sammy.

A memorial service to celebrate Paula's life will be at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel (235 Juneau Drive). The family will receive friends prior to the service from 4:00 pm until the service time.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
