Paula Dee (Bailey) Arensman

Paula Dee (Bailey) Arensman, 56, loving wife, mother, and nana, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, June 27, 2023. She was a longtime employee for Pop-A-Lock. Paula enjoyed playing bingo, was a fan of the Indianapolis Colts, and loved dolphins.

She was born on November 22, 1966. Paula was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara (Hanson) Bailey; sister, Shelly; and granddaughter, Alexis.

Paula is survived by her husband, Richard Arensman, Sr.; father, Robert Bailey (Patricia); children, Derrick Bailey, Heather Pryor (Michael), Danielle Arensman, Richie Arensman, Jr., Austin Fogel (fiancée, Melanie Zollman), and Lance Arensman; grandchildren, Keegan, Ariel, and Khaleesi; and sisters, Karen and Patty.

Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 2, 2023, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) and on Monday after 10:00 a.m. Her funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Monday at the funeral home with cremation to follow according to Paula's wishes.

Contributions in Paula's memory may be made to the family in care of the funeral home to assist with service expenses.
