Paul Dean Wilson, 69, of Scottsville, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, February 29, 2024. Paul was a musician and played guitar his whole life. He always enjoyed spending time with his family especially his nieces & nephews. He was a Marine through and through and cussed like a sailor. He was kind hearted and would help anyone in need. He loved his parents and was a daddy's boy. Paul will truly be missed by anyone and everyone who had the honor of knowing him.

He was born on December 8, 1954 in Louisville, Kentucky to Leslie and Mattie (Goodman) Wilson. He is preceded in death by his Father, Leslie Wilson, Mother, Mattie Wilson, Siblings, Billie Rae Minter, Franklin Wilson, and Leslie Wilson.

Paul is survived by his loving family, Son, Warren Wilson; Sisters, Priscilla Long, Pauline (Michael) French, and Judy Saylor, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends to cherish his memory forever.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, March 7, 2024 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Funeral Service will be at 6:00 pm on Thursday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel. The burial of the cremated remains will be on Wednesday March 13, 2024 at 10:30 am at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery (Central) in Radcliff, Kentucky. The family will be meeting at the funeral home at 9:30 am to go in procession to the cemetery.
