Patsy (Horn) Price, 90, of Louisville, stepped into the glory of Heaven to meet her Savior face to face, with her loving family at her side on Monday, December 13, 2022.
She was born March 4, 1932 in Princeton, KY to Anna Maude and Clarence Horn. She graduated from Butler High School, where she was an all-state finalist in piano and music.
She was a graduate of Western Kentucky University, where she majored in music. She also met her future husband, Will Price, while at Western. She returned to school for an additional degree in teaching and taught at Watterson Elementary, where she was loved by all her students.
She was a huge animal lover, avid knitter, loved to play bridge, and go to the dog park. She stayed active at Milestone Fitness Center and attended a weekly Bible study. She loved traveling and creating memories with her family. Her beautiful spirit and strong faith was a blessing to all who knew her. She lived by faith as Christ in her precious form. What a Christmas she will have.
She is survived by her daughters, Toni Price Ross and Pamela Price Koenig (Steve) and three grandchildren, Kendall Ross, Matt Koenig and Andy Koenig, as well as her beloved dog Chandler.
Private burial will be at Cave Hill Cemetery and a celebration of her life will be held at a later date. Expressions of sympathy may be made to animal rescue or the animal care group of donor's choice (Shamrock Foundation, Animal Care Society, etc.).
