Patsy Jean (O'Brien) Alldaffer

Patsy Jean "Pat"' (O'Brien) Alldaffer, 91, of Charlestown, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, June 6, 2023. She was a devout member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, where she was always willing to help and serve others.

She was born on March 8, 1932, in Carrollton, Kentucky. Pat was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Alldaffer; mother, Mary (O'Brien) Evans; and brother, Lloyd Evans.

Pat is survived by her children, Gerald Alldaffer (Rachel), Sondra Oliver, and Ted Alldaffer (Donna); sisters, Joyce Yochelson (Jerry) and Donna Hamilton; brother, Randall Evans; 14 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Pat will always be remembered by her family and friends as being fiercely loyal to not only her husband Don, who was the love of her life, but also to her entire family. She was an extremely hard worker and an amazing homemaker and cook, who loved to have family gather around the dinner table during holidays. She was a loving mother, sister, daughter, and grandmother and will be missed dearly by her family.

Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Monday, June 12, 2023, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (1534 Slate Run Road, New Albany) with her funeral service taking place at 12:00 p.m. Burial will follow at New Albany National Cemetery.
