Patrick Jude Massey

Patrick Jude Massey, 67, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, July 31, 2022. Pat enjoyed being in the outdoors and going hunting and fishing. He had a passion for motorcycles and enjoyed riding in his younger years, and building them throughout his life. Pat proudly served in the United States Army. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, and brother. Pat will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was born on May 9, 1955 in Louisville, Kentucky to James & Rosemary (Bayens) Massey. He is preceded in death by his Parents, and Brother, Bob Massey.

Pat is survived by his loving Wife of 17 years, Deborah Massey; Children, Angela (Jason) Murray, Stephanie (Chad) Seadler, Zachary Massey, and Kaela Massey; Step-Daughter, Shawna Reeves; Grandchildren, Connor Seadler, Coen Seadler, Brennan Murray, Brady Murray, Lydia Murray, Jeremy Fow, Nathaniel Reeves, and Lana Reeves; Siblings, Rosemary Poteet, Jim (Moondra) Massey, Jack (Sue Ann) Massey, Fran (Pat) Mitchum, and Joe (Brenda) Massey. Pat also leaves behind to cherish his memory a host of Nieces, Nephews, Friends, and Extended Family.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am until 11:00 am on Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at the Newcomer Funeral Home- Southwest Chapel(10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville). His Memorial Service will be at 11:00 am on Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at the Newcomer Funeral Home- Southwest Chapel with Burial and Military Honors to follow in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery in Radcliff.
