Patricia Jo Wallace (Lincoln)

Patricia Jo "Patty" Wallace (Lincoln), 68, passed away peacefully Easter morning, April 9, 2023, with her family by her side. How fitting it was that she should leave us on Resurrection Sunday, one of her favorite holidays! She has been resurrected into wholeness by her Lord and Savior, Jesus!

Patty was a fighter and, throughout her life, she experienced and overcame some disabilities that she is totally free from now.

Patty was preceded in death by her parents, George and Evelyn Lincoln.

She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Robert; brother, Terry (Coletta) Lincoln; niece, Amanda Lincoln; three great-nieces, Madison, MacKenzie, and Aniston; and one great-nephew, Landon.

Patty has been a member of Graceland Baptist Church since the 1970s. She was an avid shopper and loved to travel and be with family. She was a graduate of the class of 1973 at New Albany High School.

Visitation will take place on Thursday, April 13, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, and Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). Her service will take place at 1:00 p.m. with burial to follow at Abundant Life Memorial Gardens (3600 Kamer Miller Road, New Albany).

The family requests that contributions in Patricia's memory be made to Graceland Baptist Church (3600 Kamer Miller Road, New Albany, IN 47150) or Choices Life Resource Center (2656 Charlestown Road, New Albany, IN 47150).
