Patricia "Patty" Gail Surface , 82, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, June 7, 2023.
She was born on April 7, 1941 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Nowell Bryant and Edith Melone. She is also preceded in death by her loving husband of 59 years, Michael Wayne Surface and brother Nowell Bryant Jr.
Patty is survived by her children, Scott Surface (Jacqueline), Shannan Surface Meriwether, Rock Surface, Shane Surface, grandchildren, Brittany McCarty (Taylor), Hope Meriweather, Cody Surface, and Courtney Surface; and great grandchildren, Ripley McCarty, and Dacey Robertson. She is also survived by her siblings Bonnie McCullough, Penny Keifer, Tammy Keifer May (Joe) and Joe Keifer.
Visitation will be from 9:00 am until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 am on Friday, June 16, 2023 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (235 Juneau Drive Louisville, KY 40243) with burial to follow at Resthaven Cemetery.
