Patricia Ann Riggs
November 16, 1944 — January 19, 2023
Patricia Ann "Pat" Riggs, 78, passed away on January 19, 2023. She was a registered nurse who retired from Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. Pat was a wonderful mother and an amazing grandmother who loved her family very much.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James S. and Jennie A. Byrd and a brother, Richard Byrd.
Pat leaves to cherish her memories, her daughter, Tracey (Tim) Mattingly; grandsons, Kyle Mattingly and Brandon Mattingly and brother, James Byrd.
Arrangements for Pat will be private. The family asks that donations, in memory of Pat, be made to Alley Cat Advocates, 3524 Newburg Road, Louisville, KY 40218 or the Kentucky Humane Society, 1000 Lyndon Lane, Suite B, Louisville, KY 40222.
Pat will be laid to rest at St. Andrew Cemetery.
