Patricia Mae "Pat" (Larison) Sappenfield, 69, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on December 29, 2012 at Floyd Memorial Hospital. She enjoyed playing cards and was a frequent winner in family competitions.
Pat was born on February 11, 1943 in Seattle, Washington. She is survived by her caregiver of nearly 50 years whom she considered a mother figure, Phyllis Pound; family, Debbie Finley (Steve), Victor Terry (Pat), Larry Schroeder, Jr. (Nikkii), Kim Boyer, Jeff Schroeder (Mary); former husband, John Sappenfield; and a very large extended family.
Cremation was chosen following Pat's wishes. Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) has been entrusted with her care.
