Lerner, Patricia Diane, 86, passed away Monday, September 4, 2023.
Born October 22, 1936, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Dorothy Mills Burkett.
She was a retired interior designer where she worked over 40 years, and a member of St. Francis In The Fields Episcopal Church.
Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Barry Lerner and a daughter, Gretchen Crews.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory four daughters, Lynn Federico (Bob), Jill Hulbert (Laurence), Diane Walz and Lori Sternberg (Billy); 10 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren.
Funeral Mass will be 4:00 PM Friday September 8, 2023 at St. Francis In The Fields, 6710 Wolf Pen Branch Rd., Harrods Creek, KY.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Hosparus of Louisville in her memory.
