Patricia Evelyn Jenkins

Patricia Evelyn Jenkins, 81, of Jeffersontown KY went home to her heavenly Father on October 8, 2021.
Patty was born October 31st 1939 in Beech Creek KY to William Loise and Jeanetta Arietta Graham. She was a retired tutor from the Jefferson County School system. She loved teaching children and especially working with the kids during Vacation Bible Schools at local churches and in the mountains of Eastern Kentucky. She also loved volunteering with her husband holding church services and singing music at nursing homes. She is proceeded in death by her parents and brothers Billy and Bobby.
She is survived by her husband Carl Jenkins, her sons Dwain (Jean) Jenkins, David (Jen) Jenkins, her grandchildren Jessica and Cody, brothers Charles (Diane) Graham, Fred (Linda) Graham, and Bruce (Ann) Graham and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at Poplar Level Baptist Church (14302 Poplar Lane Louisville, KY 40299).
Visitation will be from 9:00 am until the time of the funeral at 11:00 am on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at Poplar Level Baptist Church (14302 Poplar Lane Louisville, KY 40299) with burial to follow at Crosswater Gardens in Louisville, Kentucky.
