Pamela Sue Williams

June 8, 1956 — July 28, 2022

Pamela Sue Williams entered this mortal world on June 8, 1956 and she departed it on July 28, 2022 and entered into immortality surrounded by her loving family. She is preceded in death by her husband Sylvester Williams Jr., her father Willie Dukes, and her nephew Lucious Whiteman. She is survived by her mother, Lucille McDonald, sister Janice Dukes, brother Robert Whiteman, daughter Donna Cole, sons, Juan Williams Sr., and Tyrone Williams Sr. Her grandchildren, Kenyonna, Tyrone Jr., Kenneth Jr., Jacariah, Juan Jr., Re'Deja, De'Juan, Te'Juan, Dezstinne, Ty'Juan, Ky'Rion and great grandchildren K'Onna, Kenneth 3rd and Saniyah. She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Pam devoted her life to God at an early age and spent her life giving back and always caring for others. She retired from her job she loved so much in the nursing field to care for her ill husband until his death. She gave that same love and care to her patients and the families she cared for. She loved to laugh, cook, sing gospel music, and just be amongst family. She always shared her childhood stories especially about her and her sister Janice. Pam loved everyone no matter who you were and her philosophy was blood doesn't make you family, Love, Loyalty, and Respect does. She was a woman of few words but when she spoke it was direct and powerful. She loved her family and was always there when she was needed and when she was not. She never met a stranger and would always give and go the extra mile for anyone. Her heart was made of Pure Gold! A "True Fighter" she was. Although she took ill she never complained about her pain or any illnesses she was diagnosed with. She was always concerned if her illnesses would affect the quality of life of her family and loved ones. She was a prayer warrior, consistently in prayer for everyone. She would say if your going to Pray about it Don't worry about it and if your going to Worry about it Don't pray about it.

Pam (Nannie) as she was affectionately called by her grandchildren and great grandchildren and also (Momma) was the most loving grandparent a child could have. She had that immeasurable love, a love that has no end. Although she could not give them the world she surely made them feel like they were her world. Her impact on this world and everyone she met are impeccable. She often said when my time comes don't speak much about me, Let my Life be my Eulogy. There are not enough words in the dictionary to express the Legacy left by Pam in this world, may she forever live on within us all. She is now resting with God, the one who loved her first.
