Pamela Reichelt

November 7, 1955 — December 1, 2023

We are saddened to announce the sudden passing of Pamela Clements Reichelt RN, MSN, BSN, ONC, CNRN. Pam is survived by her devoted husband Paul Reichelt, her favorite daughter Robin, her favorite son Eric, her generous son-in-law Brett, and two adored grandchildren Cora and Kemp. She was the oldest of six and loved her three younger sisters and two brothers: Patti Fadel (Jeff), Boyce Clements (Donna), Angie Clark (Tim), Theresa Johnson (David), and Donnie. She dearly loved her in-laws David and Mary Reichelt, and she deeply cherished a flock of nieces and nephews and her best friends Denise and Doug Allen.

Pam will be welcomed to heaven by her parents Geneva and Paul Clements, her Mother and Father-in-law Mary and Robert Reichelt, and her niece and great-niece Lesley and Rhyan Prather, along with many others.

Pam was a dedicated wife, sister, mother, grandmother, aunt, friend and nurse. She was recently moved to tears by this quote, "Doctors help you live, but nurses make you want to live." Her career was part of who she was, because she gave it her absolute all everyday. Pam valued education, hard work, and a kind spirit. She showed love not just through her words, but through her actions. Pam was one bossy woman and we will miss that side of her along with the side that was warm, thoughtful, and tenderhearted.

Pam loved coaching the Cards from the couch. She loved the Holidays and looked forward to adding to her Waterford Crystal Collection each Christmas. She was especially thoughtful in planning for Christmas and Birthdays. She made everything special to create lasting memories.

Finally, Pam loved Dale Hollow Lake. She generously shared the lake with all her family and friends. Dale Hollow was her version of heaven and we can always picture her there on a float wearing a wide brimmed hat and Jackie-O sunglasses. We have faith that when it's our time to join her she will greet us with a smile, a heavy handed pat on the back, and a strong cocktail.

The family requests expressions of sympathy be made to the Lesley and Rhyan Prather Foundation at https://lrpfd.com/. Please visit and watch the video at https://lrpfd.com/foundation-history to witness their mission and accomplishments.

A private celebration of Pam's life will be held for friends to remember her passion and accomplishments. For information, please click here.
