Pamela Ann Kirby

Pamela Ann Hewitt Kirby, age 53 of Lagrange, Kentucky went to be with our heavenly Father on Wednesday, May 24, 2023. Pam was born on October 29, 1969 in Pontiac, Michigan. She graduated from Edmonson County High School, Brownsville, Kentucky. Pam was a registered nurse In Kentucky and Indiana. She received her associates from Jefferson Community College and her BSN from Indiana Wesleyan University. She was formerly employed by the University of Louisville, Baptist Health Louisville, Norton Healthcare, Hosparus, Office of Inspector General for the State of Kentucky and Wellcare. She was a member of Crestwood Baptist Church. Pam was preceded in death by her aunt, Elzora "Bobo"; and her uncle, Don.

Pam leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband of 25 years, Brian Kirby; children, Logan Kirby (Emily) and Sarah Renner (Aaron); mother, Zelma Hewitt; father, Gary Hewitt (Patty); mother-in-law, Nancy Kirby; brothers, Raymond Hewitt (Tammy), Anthony "Tony" Hewitt (Jennifer) and Scott Hewitt (Alelea); six nephews and seven nieces. She also leaves behind an extended family, Jackie Higdon, James "Jimbo" McCubbins and Andrea "Annie" Miller (Lynn). The family greatly appreciates the help from Annie and Aunt Lavonne "Bonnie" Howard for all their love and support during difficult times. Pam is also survived by her fur baby, Jasmine.

Pam loved God, family and friends and lived her life to the fullest.

Visitation will be 4 to 8pm on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at Newcomer Cremations Funerals and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel, 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, Kentucky 40243 and on Thursday, June 1st from 9:30am until 11am. A celebration of Pam's life will be at the funeral home on Thursday, June 1, 2023 at 11am, with burial to follow at Floydsburg Cemetery in Crestwood, Kentucky.

Memorials may be made to Floydsburg Cemetery to plant a tree in Pam's name.
