Pamela Hooker

Mrs. Pamela VanMetre Hooker, age 48 passed away on Thursday, May 13, 2010 in Louisville. She was a member of Southeast Christian Church and was a medical technologist at Norton's Brownsboro Hospital.

Pamela is survived by her loving husband of 20 years, Chris; her daughters, Chelsea and Cassidy; parents, Roger and Judy VanMetre of Elizabethtown; sisters, Laura (Chris) Lewis of Owensboro, Ky., Elizabeth (Scott) Boehnlein of Louisville; mother and father-in-law, Judy and Ron Hooker of Lexington, Ky.; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Funeral ceremonies will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 15th at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive in Middletown, with Fr. Scott Wimsett officiating. Interment will be in St. James Cemetery in Elizabethtown, Ky. Visitation will be Friday, May 14th from 4-8 pm at the funeral home.
