A cosmetologist, Paige honed her skills to create beauty and confidence in those she served. Her career took her to the Bright Angel Lodge at the Grand Canyon, where she brought joy and rejuvenation to countless visitors. Additionally, Paige showcased her entrepreneurial spirit as the owner of an Electralux franchise in both New Orleans and Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Paige’s educational journey began at Seneca High School in Louisville, culminating with her graduation from Tates Creek High School in Lexington. Her tenacity was evident from a young age, as she later became a champion gymnast, exemplifying the strength and grace that defined her character throughout her life.
A cancer survivor, Paige demonstrated an unwavering spirit in the face of adversity. She also triumphed over the devastation of Hurricane Katrina while living in Diamondhead, Mississippi, showcasing her resilience and courage in overcoming life's challenges.
Paige was not only known for her professional accomplishments but also for her love of animals. An ardent animal lover, she cherished her dogs, who brought her endless joy and companionship.
In her passing, Paige leaves behind her devoted parents, Jerry and Barbara Thomas; her sister, Kelli Thomas; and her aunt, Pat McRae. Their memories of her warmth, kindness, and strength will forever remain etched in their hearts.
Paige Lea Thomas will be remembered not only for her professional achievements but also for her unwavering spirit, love of family, and compassion for all living beings. She has left a lasting impact on everyone fortunate enough to know her.
No public service will be held, and the family wishes for the life's she touched to celebrate Paige in their own way. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Kentucky Humane Society.
