Mr. Oval Decker, age 85 of Louisville passed away, Tuesday, November 17, 2009. Mr. Decker was a retired US Army Veteran with over 20 years of service to his country, and a native of Brownsville, Kentucky. He was preceded in death by his wife Betty Bower Decker.
Mr. Decker is survived by his niece Mrs. Nora Powers (Joe), his great-nieces Amy and Stephanie and his great-nephew, Joseph. He is also survived by several cousins, family members and friends.
