Otha Nelson Williams, 82, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, October 6, 2023.
He was born in Hopkinsville KY on April 9, 1941, to the late Virginia Wilson. Otha was a graduate of Central High school and retired from the Kroger company in 2003. He served in the US Army and after his tour of duty he married Mary E. Owens.
Otha was married for over 57 years and had 3 children he leaves to cherish his memory, Twalla W. Smith, Michael Williams and Kevin Wilson. He dearly loved his 6 grandchildren Raven Williams, Jaylen Southern, Kevin Wilson, Seth Wilson, Kendall Wilson and Marcellus English.
He was lucky enough to also have a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
He deeply loved his family and was always available to listen and support them.
Visitation will be from 10:00 am until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 pm on Saturday, October 14, 2023 at Green Castle Baptist Church, (4970 Murphy Lane Louisville, KY 40241). Burial will be at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central in Radcliff, Kentucky at a later date.
The funeral services will be live streamed by visiting www.greencastle.org and clicking, "Watch Live".
