Norma Jane Pulley

Norma Jane Pulley, 87, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, March 25, 2023. Jane was an outgoing, funloving woman with a great sense of humor. She loved listening to music and going dancing. Jane was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help for over 50 years. Above all, she loved and surrounded herself with her family.

She was born on October 21, 1935, in Vincennes, Indiana, to Lawrence and Marceline (Mouzin) Hess. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Freddie Wayne Pulley; and her brothers, Paul and Jim Hess.

Jane is survived by her son, Jerry (Tammy) George; daughter, Lisa (Matthew) Hunter; daughter, Susan (Joe) Cooper; daughter, Chrissy (Troy) McKinley; stepdaughter, Pamela (Bob) Case; stepson, Mark (Michelle) Pulley; brother, Lawrence Hess, Jr.; sister, Marge (Bob) Hill; 13 grandchildren, Brittany (Will) Lewis, Clayton (Morgan) George, Tori Hunter, Zane Hunter, Cory Cooper, Eve (Cole Boston) Cooper, A.J. Cooper, Hunter (Emily) Evans, Hailey Evans, Alyssa Evans, Olivia McKinley, Lydia McKinley, and George McKinley; 10 great-grandchildren; and many other extended family and friends.

Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 30, 2023, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). Additional services will be held in Vincennes, Indiana, at a later date.
