Nelda Elizabeth Spencer

Nelda Elizabeth Spencer passed away peacefully on July 28, 2022. Nelda was born July 4,1927, to the late William and Anna Mae Downs. She was the last of six siblings to pass. She was predeceased by her husband, Frank Spencer.
She is survived by her beloved children, Svea Allgeier (Ron), Teia Garner (John Pfannenschmidt), grandchildren James Garner and Kiara Garner; great grandchildren Avery and Bella; and nieces and nephews.
Nelda had a full 95 years. She enjoyed traveling, boating, golf, casinos, bingo, and fun times with family and friends. She will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts. The family thanks the caring people of the Enclave of East Louisville and Valhalla for all they did for her.
The family is honoring her wishes with cremation. No formal service is planned.
