Nannie Belle Taylor

Nannie Belle Taylor, age 92 of Louisville, Kentucky passed away Monday, January 8, 2024. Nannie was born November 5, 1931 to the union of Matthew E. Taylor and Nannie M. Taylor in Lexington, Kentucky.

At an early age she accepted Christ and became a long time member of the Shiloh Baptist Church in Lexington, before moving to Louisville in 1996 in which she became a member of the West End Baptist church. She was preceded in death by her two sister Ada, Ellen, and one brother Eugene Taylor also two sons Eugene Mitchell and Roger Minnifield and one daughter Edna Walker.

Nannie leaves to cherish her in loving memory, one daughter, Leona Brook; two sons, Allen Parks and Quincy Taylor; nine grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.

The family of Nannie Taylor wishes to acknowledge with grateful appreciation all acts of kindness shown during their time of bereavement.

Visitation will be from 2 to 4pm on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel, 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, Kentucky 40243, with a celebration of Nannie's life at 4pm.
