Nancy Faye (Wilson) Vibbert

Nancy Faye (Wilson) Vibbert, 78, of Sellersburg, Indiana, passed away on Monday, September 20, 2021. She was the former owner of Nancy's Country Kitchen and Nancy's Fast Track restaurants. Nancy loved spending time with her family and grandchildren. She enjoyed embroidering, reading, and watching classic Western movies.

She was born on March 10, 1943, in Owensboro, Kentucky, to the late Charles and Helen (Falaway) Wilson. In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Vibbert; daughter, Leslie Polston; siblings, Martin, Lois, and Carol; and great-granddaughter, Gracie.

Nancy is survived by her children, Shannon Schulz and Bobby Cook (Michele); siblings, Ray (Patti), Billy, Jerry (Rosemary), and Brenda (Stan); sister-in-law, Rita; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

A reception of family and friends will be from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 2, 2021, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) with her memorial service taking place at 3:00 p.m. She will be laid to rest privately at Walnut Ridge Cemetery in Jeffersonville.
