Nancy Gail Coffey

Nancy Gail Coffey, age 46 of Louisville, passed away on Saturday, January 14, 2012. She was a graduate of the University of Louisville where she made the Dean's List and she obtained her MSSW. She was a private counselor and owned her own business. She was a member of AA. She was preceded in death by her father, Marion Coffey and her sister, Connie Smitha.

Nancy is survived by her mother, Dottie Lewis (Wayne); uncle Ellerbe Powe; great-aunt Thelma Dawson; step-sister Holly Law (Mike) and their daughters, Katy and Lyndsey.

A memorial celebration of Nancy's life will be 5pm Saturday, January 21st at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive, with visitation there from 1pm until time of service. Because Nancy was an avid animal lover, expressions of sympathy may take form of contributions to the Kentuckiana Humane Society.
