Nancy Evelyn Ford, 87, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, September 10, 2022.
She was born on June 28, 1935 in Willisburg, Kentucky to Otis and Audry (Terrell) Dean . Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, James Harold Ford, and her siblings, Faye Thomas, Inez Burns, Lois Gilliatt, Emma Rae Clem, Billy Dean, Butch Dean, Garth Dean and Cecilia Morris. Nancy is survived by her loving nieces and nephews.
She was a devout Christian; being a member of Ormsby Heights Baptist Church and also attending Hillview Assembly of God. Nancy and her husband Harold had a booth at the Stewart Promotions Flea Market for many years. During that time you could always find them selling Coca Cola items and other collectables. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends; especially during Christmas time. Nancy's hobbies included collecting Hallmark ornaments, Barbie's and Elvis memorabilia.
Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Funeral Service will be at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, at the funeral home. There will be a private burial taking place at Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
