Mr. Morris Ewell Cox, age 85 of Louisville, passed on Sunday,March 4, 2012, with his loving family at his side. He was a WWII Army Veteran and member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. He was a former vice-president at Dixie Warehouse.
Mr. Cox is a beloved husband survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Ellen W. Cox; his children, Diane (Michael), Deborah, Donna (Billy), Dixie, Skip (Colleen); 11 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
Visitation at 1:00PM and Memorial Service at 2:00PM will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive, Middletown, Thursday, March 8, 2012. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Pleasant Grove
Baptist Church, 13800 Aiken Road, Louisville, Ky. 40245.
