Morgan Vance Overstreet Iii

Morgan Overstreet III, 70, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, May 30, 2022. Morgan was a loving father, grandfather, brother, and friend. VO was most widely known as the inventor and master of modern softball, but will also be remembered for his charity work for people born less handsome than he was. Morgan will truly be missed by every single person he met, maybe even you.

He was born on January 22, 1952 in Louisville, Kentucky to Morgan and Patricia Overstreet. He is preceded in death by his Father, Morgan Vance Overstreet, II, Mother, Patricia Overstreet, and Wife, Martha Overstreet.

Morgan is survived by his loving family, Children, Morgan Vance "Beenee" Overstreet, IV, Maxwell Roy Overstreet, and Samantha Rose (Eric) McKinney; Grandchildren, Vera Overstreet, Violet Overstreet, and Nora Overstreet, as well as a host of family and friends to cherish his memory forever.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, June 9, 2022 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Farewell Tour will be at 6:00 pm on Thursday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel.
